Cartoons: A Serious Business

Winter Breakfast Event

Friday January 26th

Liven up your January by getting started with a new technique. Learn how to liven up your presentations, tap into different parts of your brain, and find out how to easily share your ideas with other people – all through learning about about the world of drawing cartoons.

Time: 7.45am - 9.30am
Venue: Carluccio's, Jubilee Street, Brighton
Cost: £10 members, £15 guests, includes breakfast

We’ve been lucky to get top cartoonist and corporate trainers Martin Shovel and Martha Leyton to lead our January breakfast. Martin has worked as a professional cartoonist for more than 20 years, and Martha is an educationalist specialising in the use of visual thinking. Their company, CreativityWorks, provides training for some of the UK’s top companies, including 3M Healthcare, Bank of New York, John Lewis, Nationwide Building Society, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and Royal and Sun Alliance.
