We all need to understand the people we work with - clients, staff, suppliers, and ourselves.
The Strength Deployment Inventory is a tool for increasing awareness of what motivates people and how their priorities change when faced with conflict or opposition

So what? When we understand why people do what they do we can make better judgements about their behaviour – helping us to negotiate better, work with staff and win new business.

Claire Walsh of Learning Consultancy Partnership will give an overview of the inventory and how it can be used to improve communication at work.
