10:10 UK is a national campaign with a simple message designed to stimulate real actions by regular people.
If we all do our bit to cut our carbon by 10% this year, we can have a positive effect on the impact of climate change.

To enable entire communities to get on board with this concept, 10:10 UK  introduced the concept of 10:10cities.
Having signed up at the end of last year, Brighton & Hove is now one of the first cities in the UK to co-ordinate its own localised campaign aimed at inspiring all residents to take simple steps to cutting their carbon in all aspects of everyday life.

With the Business Community at the heart of the city it's important to find out what organisations are doing already and how we can support each other to do more.

Cutting carbon is not only better for the environment, it's part of a collective social responsibility and enhances your business status to customers and employees and offers ways to cut costs. While climate change can feel like a big global issue that's beyond our control, the city campaign is designed to show that everyone can get involved at a local level and that lots of small steps can lead to a collective big impact on Brighton & Hove’s carbon emissions.
