In business we all know how important it is to make that first impression count and remain memorable to customers and clients. Although much communication is technology driven these days, nothing beats face to face interaction. But what does the way we talk to people really say about who we are, how we do business and whether people trust our voice and opinion?

To help us stand out from the noisy crowd, we’re very excited to welcome back Angie Konrad from Voicewaves for our April training session. Angie will be showing us how to make the most of any situation where you have to speak in public.

The evening will be highly interactive so you can develop your personal impact, make a great impression, and improve your speaking skills.  For those who have an innate dread of public speaking, this session won’t be scary or intimidating, but a great opportunity to overcome those fears.

If you have to talk to people on the phone, sell to clients, be heard at meetings, or make presentations (which must be all of us) then this session is definitely going to be of use and interest.

By the end of the evening you will:

• Have increased confidence in all areas of communication
• Have developed some skills to focus the attention of an audience on your message ensuring effective communication
• Have enhanced your ability to project your message with impact so that you will be heard, understood and remembered

With more than 25 years' experience in training, management and related work. Angie's expertise includes all aspects of communication, voice and speech coaching, facilitation, consultancy and interpersonal skills.

The last time Angie did one of her taster sessions at the Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce, we sold out and got some of the best feedback we’ve ever had, which makes this session unmissable!
