Chamber Book Club

Our newest event offers a great way to network and gain insight in an informal way.
In partnership with local bookshop, City Books, the BHCC Book Club will feature 3 reviews of a specially chosen title, by 3 chamber members.
If you've ever struggled to find time to read the latest book on business innovation, a behind the scenes look at the economy, or a biography of an inspirational leader, then this is event for you.
Whilst you're all busy building your businesses, we dont want you to miss the opportunity to access new ways of thinking and take advantage of those inspirational golden nuggets that can enhance your commercial and creative acumen.
This month, our panellists will be reviewing Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell.
The Panel:
- Michael Divers, Co-founder, Bold HR
- Julia Chanteray, Director, The Joy of Business and President of the Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce
- Lesley Thomson, Crime writer
The bar at The Old Market provides a welcoming venue and the relaxed format encourages knowledge share and discussion over your choice of tipple.
The event will be chaired by Lisa Holloway.
