Steve Martin, author of YES! Fifty Secrets From The Science Of Persuasion will talk about the science behind clinching those elusive deals.

Steve is full of practical tips based on recent academic research that shows how to use psychology to get the vital answer: ‘Yes’.  Whether you want to launch a new product, impress a potential employer, persuade people to reduce their carbon footprint, increase voter turnout or help your children to improve at school, Steve knows how a little influence can go a long way.
