Guest speaker Lesley Thomson.
Lesley’s writing career includes novels and non-fiction and was a regular reviewer for Time Out Magazine.
For many years she was Customer Services Manager for a major internet service provider and later a financial services business. She now works as a freelance consultant offering advice on customer services and complaints handling. She also provides new business development for small to medium companies and marketing copy for all types of organisations.
In 2007 Lesley’s novel: A Kind of Vanishing received critical success. Her works as a freelancer enables her to continue to write fiction.
