Business Lifebelt
Recession-busting support for the businesses of Brighton & Hove

Customers - Love them or lose them

Ever wondered what your customers really think of you and your business?

Event Description

Jonathan Winchester is the Managing Director of Shopper Anonymous a company that specialises in providing feedback from a customer’s perspective, to independently run businesses. His experience of working with hundreds of companies from all over the world as well as closer to home, means the session is based on real life case studies and is both entertaining and thought provoking. This is the man with the inside knowledge of what customers really think of the service they receive when they visit establishments just like yours.

Jonathan and the team at Shoppers Anonymous have developed an effective motivational and practical Customer Service Training format which will be used in this workshop.

This will be an interactive session and will provide individuals with the necessary skills to deliver superior customer service.  This acts as the first stage of the service improvement process.

As a direct result of their work shop attendees will be able to:

  • Think more laterally about the customer’s expectations
  • Identify who your customers really are
  • Appreciate the importance of teamwork
  • Discuss the components of effective one to one communication
  • Put  themselves into their customer’s shoes
  • Get the basics right (first impression, the phone, complaint etc)
  • Develop an improvement plan
