May Training

For our May training session Julia Chanteray of The Joy of Business (and our lovely Vice President) will take you on a whirlwind tour of business planning.

This session will get your creative juices flowing as you won't be working on your own business, but instead developing a business plan for a brand new, imaginary and possibly crazy business idea.

This will include:
  • Initial conception stage
  • A quick pitch to your fellow chamber members
  • Establishing who your target market is and why they’re going to buy your new product
  • And finally, preparing your marketing plan

All in 90 minutes!

Along the way, you’ll learn some important business planning tips, and find out some of the common mistakes that people make when they’re setting up and running a business. You’ll pick up some great ideas from the other business owners in the room, and laugh a lot. Plus, no one gets fired!

One not to miss.
