How to get on top of cashflow and keep going

Reduce costs, streamline your overheads and maximise your income.
This session will look at risk, opportunity and growth and how to manage them all successfully.

Graham Naylor of JD Training & Development Ltd is a retail and service industry specialist.
He has a wealth of experience assisting both large and small organisations, getting to grips with effective financial controls, providing them with the tools, skills and expertise to manage costs down, profits up and at the same time protecting that vital element of customer service.

Event Description
A highly interactive session designed to give Retail business owners and managers the essential skills and confidence to succeed in today’s challenging market.

A combination of expert knowledge, a local case study and group workshop activity means attendees will explore the fundamentals of good financial management. This will offer ways to effectively identify and then to deliver savings, and therefore help profit growth within their business.

As a direct result of their work shop attendees will:

  • Have a clear understanding of what good financial management looks like
  • Understand how to identify areas of opportunity
  • Be clear on how to manage risk
  • Learn how to plan, implement and review a profit growth strategy

Case study
