Business Lifebelt
Recession-busting support for the businesses of Brighton & Hove
Enhance the customer experience with effective sales techniques
Do you need to increase profit? How much is your average customer spend?
Are you happy in your retail role?
After many years running successful businesses, Deborah Naylor of JD Training & Development Ltd has the perfect experience and knowledge to share proven ways to sell to your existing and new customers, more effectively.
‘I went into retail because I enjoy meeting customers and felt passionate about the goods and service my business provided. Hard work, long hours but fulfilling and rewarding. Ticking along nicely until the recession hit ! I then had to up my skills level as a retailer and look at maximising every opportunity. It worked, not only did the business grow along with the profit, but I improved my own self- development and role satisfaction.’
