Social Media for Business (Beginners)

With 85% of the UK now online and around 70% using at least one social network, businesses can no longer afford to ignore using social media for business.

Studies have shown that 78% of consumers trust peer recommendations, whereas only 14% trust advertisements – so having a social media presence can massively increase your opportunity to spread the word about your business.

Around 20% of tweets contain a reference to a product or brand and Facebook accounts for one in every six UK internet page views – it’s the second most visited site in the UK after Google.

This interactive, hands-on workshop with Abi Signorelli from hello! Brighton & Hove is for people looking to start using social media for their business.

Each section will include a mixture of presentation, discussion and hands-on exercises.
