John Kingsley - I am a Chartered Tax Adviser with 15 years’ experience of advising SMEs and their owners on the taxation aspects of business sales and acquisitions, profit extraction, succession planning and financing and I have recently advised a high profile Brighton business on tax-efficient fundraising using the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
Peter Stewart - I head up the small business unit in the Sussex office of Baker Tilly, based in Brighton. I have been in the accountancy profession for just over thirty years working predominately with both incorporated and unincorporated businesses. We offer advice and support in all areas of business and tailor our service to suit your requirements. As well as compliance services, we also advise clients on such matters as remuneration planning, exit strategies, succession planning and research and development relief.
