Situated in a discreet Georgian terrace in fashionable and bohemian Kemp Town – only a short walk from the centre of Brighton and a stone’s throw from the city’s stunning Regency seafront – Blanch House’s philosophy is to provide a great night’s accommodation and superb breakfast, using the best local produce, at inclusive prices to suit all pockets. These range from £95 to £215 per night (inclusive of breakfast and VAT).

And that’s not all – for those special celebrations or business occasions, you can gain exclusive use of the entire hotel from £1,500 (including VAT) per night from Monday to Thursday; and from £1,800 from Friday to Sunday and Bank Holidays!

After a great night’s sleep, wander down to breakfast and our chef will delight your taste buds with a fantastic start to the day – featuring the best local produce we can find to make your full English or Continental breakfast memorable!

Each of Blanch House’s chic and highly individual en-suite guest rooms are equipped to meet both your business and leisure needs – with complimentary wi-fi, a state-of-the-art LED flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player, whilst a cafetière with a range of quality teas and coffee are provided to aid your relaxation. This is further enhanced by luxury toiletries in all the bathrooms!

At Blanch House, we believe that a relaxed and quiet location is highly conducive for a successful business meeting, that ‘get away from it all’ brainstorming or training session, or a board-room style Conference/Seminar.

Our Conference Room is light, airy and spacious – with a 24 delegate capacity boardroom style. We can supply facilities such as LCD projector, flipchart, internet wireless connection, stationery, and bottled water. Our conference and meeting tariffs include VAT and our Daily Delegate Rate starts at £55 per person; our 24-hour rate (including accommodation) commences at £179 per delegate; and the price of a half-day event with lunch begins at £49 per person.

One of our team will be assigned specifically to your event and will have pleasure in looking after you throughout your time with us, providing refreshments and meeting any other requirements you might have. At lunchtime, we can offer a quality buffet or a mouth-watering business lunch, followed by coffee. In the evening, you can enjoy a sumptuous private dinner. There is no better way to end a busy day than to unwind and enjoy a drink in our ‘residents only’ Champagne Bar, serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
