Business Partnering and Coaching Programmes

The Williams Partnership is offering affordable training for local businesses across July, September and October.

The two programmes are:

1) Three days' Advanced Coaching Skills aimed at those with some coaching experience. Previous participants have included individuals working in charity organisations, life coaches, those offering alternative therapies, line managers, an accountant and those working in various HR roles

2) A three day workshop which will enable individuals to work in ‘Business Partnership’ with their clients whether they be internal or external. It really helps people to see the role that relationships play in business and provides a framework for getting buy-in and engaging others as well as brushing up on their interpersonal skills.

Both programmes will be facilitated by Vanessa Williams who is a business consultant, executive coach and facilitator of bespoke development programmes. Vanessa also has HR experience to director level, an MBA, Fellow membership of the CIPD and is studying Organisational Transactional Analysis.
