Leadership and Management Grant available of up to £1000

Skills South East
are offering a new service with the availability of grant funding to help you grow your business.

The service, available through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service, provides owner managers and senior leaders of businesses and social enterprises with a great opportunity to develop their leadership and management skills.

An impartial and experienced Leadership and Management Adviser will help you identify your personal development needs at a face to face meeting at your place of work or other venue convenient to you.

The Adviser knows what solutions and providers will develop your leadership and management skills and can help you find the right one to suit your individual needs, through methods such as coaching and mentoring.

Up to £1,000 in grant funding is available to help you pay for the training you need to help your business grow.

This offer is available to private sector businesses or social enterprises. Please see attached flyer for further details of eligibility.
