Leadership and Management Training Grant

Up to £1000 to put towards training to develop leadership skills.
Funded by Train to Gain’s Leadership & Management programme.
Available to companies in the south east with 5-250 staff:

-Up to £500 grant for owner managers, company directors.
-Up to £500 (match-funded) grant for any senior manager or the senior management team.

This money can be put towards one or a combination of training solutions eg
-Training programmes
-Workshops
-Online training
-Bespoke/tailored training options
-Peer learning
-Business mentoring/coaching

All training must have started and the grant claimed within 90 days of the grant being approved. All grants are exclusive of VAT.
Previous beneficiaries of Business Leader funding are not eligible to apply.
