Mail Boxes Etc franchise owner Dave Tester has been named Franchisee of the Year, seeing off competition from more than 100 other UK outlets.
Dave, who owns and runs the Mail Boxes Etc. business services centre in Western Road, Brighton, is celebrating winning the national award. Following a varied career including working as a chef, a petroleum inspector for the oil industry and in food manufacturing, Dave opened the store in January 2006. He received his “Franchisee of the Year” award at the company’s recent national conference, in recognition of “his outstanding success, his many achievements since opening the store and the rapid progress he has made in developing the business”.
Speaking about the award, Dave said: “I am delighted to receive this award and give thanks to my staff and to my partner Sachiko without whose help, patience and hard work it wouldn’t have been possible.”
The store provides a range of business services including mailbox rental, specialist packing and parcel delivery, copying and printing.
