Members WILFI provide new way to buy and sell property directly via online social network

A new online property service called Wilfi (www.wilfi.co.uk) is now available. Wilfi, an acronym of, ‘What I’m Looking For Is’, was born out of a desire to create a new way for buyers and sellers of property to engage with one another. It is a property-networking portal that gives sellers the opportunity to identify suitably matched buyers and then contact them directly for a small one-off fee.

Because Wilfi is not an estate agent and is independent of all property sales sites it can be used by any seller, regardless of where they are advertising their property for sale. Not only are they given the opportunity of taking on a more active selling role, they also have a way of identifying which buyers are looking for properties like theirs. They can then contact those buyers directly, without having to use an agent.
