The Results: ‘How important is it to your business that you become more environmentally sustainable?’

In a recent Chamber poll we asked: ‘How important is it to your business that you become more environmentally sustainable?’
Over 120 people voted, with the vast majority, 54% saying that becoming more environmentally sustainable was VERY important to their business. Only a handful at 6% said ‘not at all’ with the remainder split fairly evenly between ‘quite’ important and ‘not very’.
With the recent launch of the Chamber Green Group and many new Green businesses joining the Chamber, it’s great to see that over half of our voters are interested in becoming more environmentally sustainable.
