City College Brighton & Hove are offering specialist staff training for the Retail, Tourism & Hospitality Sector.

The purpose of the project is to provide training to the Retail and Tourism sectors within the City of Brighton and Hove. The project is funded by SEEDA and the courses are offered for free to the businesses working in the following sectors: Retail, Hotels, Restaurants and Visitor attractions. The project also runs an employers forum which meets quarterly to share relevant information for the sector relating to training and employment. Courses include retail specialist training eg Window dressing and Visual Merchandising as well as management training eg team leading, customer service and selling skills.
