The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home is a Sussex based charity with a national reach! We provide care and rehabilitation for those with neurological and medical disabilities – principally for those who have served in HM Forces from across the UK. Our aim is to enable our residents, ranging in age from 24 to 99, to live as independently as possible, in a caring, friendly environment they can think of as their home. We provide a wide range of services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, leisure activities, day trips, social events and a chaplaincy service. We need to raise more than £1.3 million in voluntary income every year to provide those who have served Great Britain with the quality of care, comfort and independence that they deserve.
We have a limited number of charity places available in Brighton Marathon 10th April 2011.
