Streetcar are offering local businesses 50% off the annual account fee and an additional £10 free driving credit for every employee who joins the account.
Streetcar’s corporate scheme offers a diverse fleet of BMWs, VW Golfs, Polos and Transporter vans and has seen membership double in the past year.
We offer businesses 24/7 access to vehicles on an hourly basis from as little as £4.21 per hour, with 15 locations across Brighton & Hove.
Samuel Wilson, Streetcar’s Brighton Manager said: “We are pleased to be able to introduce this offer to the Brighton and Hove business community and believe we can help make a positive impact on business travel in the area.
Our research has shown that freelancers/employees will consider greener ways to commute if they have a flexible transport option available at work for external meetings or unexpected business travel. The scheme has helped companies reduce the costs associated with private mileage and taxi expenses, as well as providing a welcome boost to their environmental profile.”
The scheme has become an increasingly popular alternative for businesses and organisations that require occasional use of a vehicle with companies attracted to its convenience, flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
The scheme currently boasts over 1400 locations across ten cities; London, Brighton, Cambridge, Southampton, Guildford, Maidstone, Oxford, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Employees book a car online or over the phone, as little as 30 minutes ahead of time, and use remotely activated smartcards to unlock the vehicle.
Thanks to Streetcar’s iPhone app, members are now able to locate, book and even open a car with their phone.
