Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership renewal fees are payable by Direct Debit, BACS, Cheque or credit/debit card.

You will receive an email notification approximately 2 weeks before your renewal payment is due.

*If you are paying by Direct Debit we’ll contact you before your renewal each year, giving you the chance to cancel and informing you of any price changes
*We will send you a direct debit schedule and a receipt for your membership fee payment
*Card Management Services Ltd (London Zurich) will send you your Direct Debit guarantee and compliance letter

If you wish to cancel your membership after your renewal fee has been paid, our cancellation policy for membership is as follows:
Cancellation within 1 month of renewal: full refund less a £20 administration charge.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also confirming that the information you have given is true and correct.

Email communications

When you become a BHCC member we will add you to our email database so that you can receive our newsletter and other information from us electronically. We take your privacy seriously and under the terms of the Data Protection Act, will not pass your contact details to a third party. You can unsubscribe at any point, but if you do, please contact us so we can discuss how we can keep you informed about the benefits of your membership.

Events Terms & Conditions

Our cancellation policy for events, except Smart Leaning, is that a full refund will be given if cancellation is 48 hours or more before the event. Within 48 hours of the event, or if you do not attend there is no refund. For Smart Learning a full refund will be given if cancellation is 7 days or more before the event. Within 7 days of the event, or if you do not attend there is no refund.
