When we set up in business two years ago one of the first things we did was to join the Chamber and what a great decision that turned out to be. So why join the chamber?

Joining the Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce could be one of your best ever decisions! We are the voice of the City’s business community and we’re passionate about supporting our members to achieve their goals and objectives.

We also work with organisations, such as the Council, on important local issues which affect our members, for example major developments or the economic strategy.

What does the Chamber do?

Brighton Chamber provides high quality networking opportunities within the local area, enabling members to engage with each other in a relaxed and informal way. We encourage our members to attend events regularly and to try out a few to see which ones suit them best.

In addition, we hold regular workshops and seminars aimed at educating and supporting our members to grow their business expertise.

Our regular Wayfinder groups provide effective peer–to-peer support and have proved a popular option since launch.

What are the benefits of joining?

Becoming a member enables you to engage with your local business community via a series of events, seminars, events and training sessions.

Joining the Chamber can promote your business. We encourage members to write blogs and articles for our website, which are of course disseminated to a much wider online audience. Also, have you considered delivering a “bite-sized learning” session to other members? Each session is no more than two hours long and with a maximum of 10 attendees you can effectively share your knowledge and expertise.

Once you’re a member you can sponsor an event. We have a wide range of activities for you to support and it gives you the chance to tell everyone at the event what you do!
