When it comes to business, it’s not what you know, it’s who you know- and how you interact with them.  You can never be sure where your next sales lead is coming from so nurturing your network is key.


This session focuses on the way you communicate with the people around you. You will learn practical techniques that will help you to take your understanding of your customer to the next level, and to better connect with the team you work with.


You’ll have fun exploring your personal preferences when it comes to how you operate and how you interact with others. You’ll leave with a greater knowledge of your professional network, as well as an action plan to get you on the road to building happier and more meaningful business relationships.

Who by? Ric Hayden is founder of Learning Cog, an independent consultancy specializing in the design and delivery of open programme and bespoke in-company Business Development Programmes. Ric is a Learning and Development Specialist, who has worked with both mature global corporations and SMEs. His experience spans business management, logistics, customer operations, sales and service, with a particular focus on turnaround and change management.
