You'll learn practical tools for planning and prioritising, work on templates in groups and go through steps to become better at delegating, so you can focus on the things that only you can do.

Who by? Rob Da Costa, business coach and trainer. Rob has over 30 years of commercial business experience, ran his own marketing agency for 11 years and now runs Da Costa Coaching, helping owner-manager businesses grow.
