Looking after your employees is key to a happy workforce and low staff turnover. Encouraging and celebrating diversity in the workplace increases productivity, enabling employees to discover new skill-sets and realise potential.


This Bite-sized Learning session is designed to increase awareness and understanding around disability and neurodiversity, helping businesses to implement a new approach to diversity and access previously hidden talent.


The session will help you overcome any fears and apprehensions you may have and improve your knowledge of disability etiquette, so you can keep your workforce happy and your business thriving.

Who by? Atif Choudhury, CEO and Co-Founder of Diversity and Ability (DnA), and Emma Turner, Partnerships and Outreach Lead at DnA.
Diversity and Ability is an award-winning disabled-led social enterprise that works to minimise the social exclusion of disabled and neurodiverse individuals across the UK. DnA provides one-to-one support, consultancy and disability-focused training for individuals, businesses, universities, public sector and charities.

During the session you’ll participate in group exercises, thought-provoking discussions and practical activities to challenge you and improve your understanding.


You’ll leave the workshop with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement a new and positive approach to diversity and disability in your business.
