A strong and effective marketing strategy is fundamental in enabling a business to build value in its brand, services or products. It helps businesses decide what is important and how to focus their resources and strengths efficiently to achieve their goals.

This Bite-sized Learning session will be based around three key areas:

  • Diagnosis; getting to grips with what’s really going on - understanding your market environment, your competition and internal situation.

  • Creating a guiding policy; this outlines the overall approach for overcoming and navigating the weaknesses identified in your diagnosis. This can be done by capitalising on your strengths.

  • Finally, creating a coherent action plan, as strategy is nothing without action or measurement. This action plan should be clear, consistent and coordinated.

We will guide you through crafting a viable and workable marketing strategy that packs a punch - get ready to cut the fluff and pull up your sleeves!
