Bite-sized Learning: Presenting and communicating with confidence
Presenting and communicating with confidence
We’ve all been there - “be yourself” they say, or “just stand up straight and speak clearly and confidently”.
That’s all well and good but what do you do if public speaking and confidence don’t come naturally to you? Who can give you real, concrete exercises to help you present and network more confidently so that you too, can appear to be professional and dynamic, yet natural on the stage?
We are here to offer you foolproof tips and exercises to help you better communicate, network and deliver your presentations with ease and confidence.

Speaking well and presenting yourself in the kind of light you’d like to be seen in is an invaluable skill in business. By learning how to use your voice and communicate effectively, you can create a great impression and feel confident about putting yourself forward.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to deal with stage fright, speak in a way to make yourself heard, develop effective communication skills and increase your confidence in making presentations.
During the session, you’ll practice voice exercises to develop the skills you need to express yourself clearly as well as engaging in improvisation exercises in groups and pairs to improve your person-to-person communication skills.
You will be asked to bring a short paragraph of something you would like to learn to deliver confidently, so by the end, you’ll leave feeling confident that you can engage an audience when it really matters, in either presentations or in one to one communication.
