Brighton and Hove Food Partnership
Brighton & Hove Food Partnership is a not-for-profit organisation with 15 years' experience using food to create positive change in people's lives. We help people learn to cook, grow food, eat a healthy diet and waste less. We prioritise work with vulnerable adults and people experiencing deprivation, isolation, poor health and other life challenges, and work with a wide range of partners including community organisations, statutorty agencies, local businesses and individual residents. We lead Brighton and Hove's food strategy work.
In May 2018, we opened the Brighton & Hove Community Kitchen, a new cookery school run on a social enterprise model, where classes with chefs and food experts help fund community courses for health and wellbeing.
